Peace Like A River

It was a wide river, mistakable for a lake or even an ocean unless you'd been wading and knew its current. Somehow I'd crossed it... Now I saw the stream regrouped below, flowing on through what might've been vineyards, pastures, orhards... It flowed between and alongside the rivers of people; from here it was no more than a silver wire winding toward the city. - Leif Enger, Peace Like A River

The Christmas concert at St. Olaf last night was wonderful as always. Such pretty music. The orchestra was excellent was well. The last two numbers they did a capella, with all the choirs lined up all around the hall, sounded very nice.

We had supper at a new Indian restaurant in Northfield. It is in that whole building where the Archer Hotel is. Yummy food.

Lately John was been saying "Hmm, I don't know about this.." ha, where did he get that? This morning I asked if he wanted breakfast, and he said "just a minute", then he stood for moment "hmm, let me think..." ha

Have my writing group tonight. I'll be getting Chapter 3 back. Although, I still have large chunks in it to finish. But, I can come back to those. I need to dive into Chapter 4 soon.
