Peace Like A River

It was a wide river, mistakable for a lake or even an ocean unless you'd been wading and knew its current. Somehow I'd crossed it... Now I saw the stream regrouped below, flowing on through what might've been vineyards, pastures, orhards... It flowed between and alongside the rivers of people; from here it was no more than a silver wire winding toward the city. - Leif Enger, Peace Like A River

John has really enjoyed watching the Baby Bach tape lately. He's always liked, but seems like he asks to watch it more often lately.

Hanna sees the little sun emblems on that tape and she points and says "done!" (at least that's what it sounds like)

Yesterday turned out kinda rainy and overcast. After their nap, I took John out for a walk around the block. He enjoyed running and running. Rhonda took Hanna out, and we met them coming back the other way. Hanna is getting much better at running. She's much more coordinated, hardly falls down anymore, can move pretty good.

She's also getting better about motoring around the driveway on the various trikes/bikes. She just pushed herself around voom voom.

The WhiteSox play the Yankees tonight, and if the Yanks win, the Twins magic number will be 1, with two games left at home! Meaning, the Twins could clinch the division at home for a change. Their last three division wins have all come on the road.
